In some parts of the Code the Expositive, Ratiocinative
and Instructive Instructional parts respectively form masses of
more or less considerable bulk detracted from the Enactive.
But to this, taken as a general rule the two abovementioned samples
have visible present two different exceptions in different
forms, each of them are exceptions

1. In the Legislative Inaugural Declaration, the
matter of the Rationale is bedded embedded as it were in the
body of what may be considered as the Enactive part.
One consequence, and that, when separately considered,
an inconvenient one, is, that the sentences are, to an
a more than ordinary degree longwinded. On the other hand, the The use

for the functionary in question to overlook or pretend
-tend to have overlooked the matter of the Rationato:
that so, in case of his violating any of the provisions made in
the Enactive part he may be the more clearly sure to have done so with
his eyes open.+

2. As to the part composed of what regards Remuneration
and Instruction it so happened that, while
a portion of the Expositive and the Ratiocinative parts
seemed presented themselves as being, on this occasion, indispensable accompaniments
to the Enactive part, the masses they resp yet those
parts which seemed thus indispensable this indispensable part did not form masses
too large to be incorporated, to wit in the matter manner that will be
seen, with the Enactive.
