In your letter to me, the End and Point branches
of the law I now observe are the only ones particularly
mentioned: the Constitutional branch being I suppose
regarded as settled, by the Constitutional Code which now
for the first time has ever come into my hands But
if in so far as any wish of mine is capable of being
of use in Guatemala, a sight of my Constitutional
Code will not be the less necessary, were it only for the
Judiciary part which regards the Judiciary Establishment,
for without that, every thing else would be of little use
