In the notion opinion the which, that on by means of the inlogistic
character acquired by the names of these several possessions
is expressed and propagated disseminated as often as those names
are employed, may be seen one of the most fruitful
sources of improbity and consequent mischief that is are any
where to be found.
Whatsoever means a man has at his disposal in his power, these
means, it is proper it is much more than proper —
he should employ in the endeavour not only to preserve
at any rate whatsoever stock it may happen to him to be
already in possession of, but to make be perpetually making to that stock the
most copious additions possible.
