Constitutional Code Deontology Private
Art. 3. In this case, if for the complaint of those there
be no other ground than that which appears on the face of the
record, the Judge Appellate will pronounce therefore without
further evidence. But if any other evidence be needful
the complaint be judicatory to which application
is made must be must be made is the Immediate Judicatory in which the
ground subject matter of complaint had place: whereupon in which case for any undue
partiality on the part of the Judge in favour of the Defender
General, the applicant as per Ch. XI Judiciary collectively Appellate Judges will have his remedy by appeal
in this as in other cases.
In your intercourse with a child, servant or other dependent
in case of regard to every fault or imperfection not incorrigible
by his exertions, remind him of it every time you observe
it, so long as hope of prospect of amendment has place. When If
even all prospect is at an end, cease reminding him, and
afterwards in let him see that you observe it.
