Omittendum en præsente?

Intimately connected with the above ideas all of which
have instruction more particularly and prominently in view, is another which
in so far as any advance made in the science may
be found to be among the fruits of it
the relation to that purpose will not be fund again so
direct or so exclusive.

For the bringing to view the various different sorts of figures of which in respect of their such degrees of regularity as they respectively possess
given which the science of Geometry is capable of
taking cognizance the order

The properties, which the various sorts of figures,
of which, in respect of such modes and are degrees of regularity as are
respectively observable in them the science of geometry finds itself able to take
cognizance, have already been found to possess, are they all
those already ascertained properties are they all that
in the nature of the case are capable of being ascertained?
If not, what are those which still remain
to be ascertained? If to these questions if so it be that the nature
of the case admitts of an answer, the answer will
scarcely in the eyes of any person more or less conversant or not
in the science be an uninteresting one. It is by
the union of the art of the logician with the science of the
mathematician it is by the junction of logic with mathematics
that the answer to these questions, if it
be their destiny to receive any, must be returned.
