view of adding this and more to p J.B. to France: but supressed
it for the prsent or for ever, for the sake of writing and brevity, as per J.B. to Bowring of this day.

In a work entituled Constitutional Code in the
first of the three Volumes of which has been just been
the principle. of The sovereignty, of is in the people being assumed as

The Legislative – the Administrative – and the Judicary.
