J.B. to France against Peers

English Law Case, of the record of which mention
has been seen in one of the Editions of Jacob's Law Dictionary.

Notices versus States . By
deed of Covenant for consideration therein mentioned Defendant
agreed to deliver on a certain day in a certain place
therein mentioned, the or
into the hands of Plaintiff. Covenant broken, action thereupon
brought: great damage but the amount
not mentioned, nor yet the amount of the damage by the
judgment .

Grounded in this procedure is the wage following
Matchless Constitution. "Five thousand paid be
one penny that on the day be or before this day to be
the person who takes up the wages will not have produced
to the publisher of this paper the thing called Matchless
Constitution, nor so much as a thereof: provided always
and that neither Magna Charta nor any other Chapter portion
of the species of Law called Written alias Statute Law
shall be deemed and taken to be part and parcel thereof.
Nicholas Esquire as far as appears not having according in pursuance of the said
Covenant been delivered, remains still it should seem
in Pandemonium, or at least any rate has his
quarters there. The purpose for which the Advertiser
has need of Matchless Constitution is – to send it
back to Sir the said Nicholas at his suit there above-mentioned,
from which it is said it issued.

In case of breach great indeed will be the damage
inferior only to that occasioned by the unfortunate factors
abovementioned.

Court in which with propriety the
action may be brought that in which which enjoys the benefit of the matchless leaving. Every place The Lord President or of Special
Pleading be who among the Poets of all classes stands
head and shoulders above all other Poets of his class, the
Knight, whose Christian
name is common to
him and the venerable
Squire above-mentioned.
