instances, and complaints of misconduct in any

complaint Book

Art 5* For the more correct as well as economical
exercise of these his functions, performance of this part of the business of his Office, the Registrar
will employ the mode of writing called the manifold
mode
as exemplified in this present paper:
in which mode, in little more time, than in the
ordinary mode is employed in a single exemplar,
from eight to twelve exemplars all legible, though
with degrees of facility more or less different have
according to degree of manual skill derived from length of practice,
habitually been written by one and the same hand,
at one and the same time.
