Without such a definition as should confine its operation
to defamation against individuals defamation respecting to an a
individually more specific act either if not legally punishable, or at the
least flagrantly disreputable where is the man who argues for the existance no man can defend the existence
of libel law without for the existence of arbitrary power
or in an word tyranny: no man can without call
himself a friend to the liberty of the press? To the greater He who thinks to
it is in his time to give censure — let him give one.

Among those who being listed on the side of a bad cause
are conscious of being that they are so, case of the current artifices as above
of using which is proposed the justice and necessity (necessity
I mean to good government is at the uncontrovertible,
and at the same time have the iness of it to their
sinister interest is too manifest to be one
