I have perused an Essay on Conveyancing by J.L. &
J.B together with the Forms thereunto annexed.
I approve of those forms as calculated to render the
several sorts of instruments they are designed for
concise shorter and easy to be apprehended:
With respect to these, as
to any other general forms.
Whether they will suit
the particular cases
to which they may shall be
eventually be applied,
is what no man can
pronounce undertake for
give an opinion upon
that will depend
on the knowledge and
judgement of the undertakers:
but [and] I see nothing
in the particulars wherein they differ from the
current precedents, that should make them less
able apt to stand good in Law.
