Ignorance general
All this is but Discourse putting men upon a wrong
scent. The mischief and the remedy lies not
in the subject but the government rulers. If ignorance
be a reproach to the subject, much
more it is to the Legislator governing body, which, being so
well paid for it, never thinks to take the means put them him and the
to halt them. way of knowledge in his way.

The turn of thought was little point of view he placed it in was narrow, and calculated
to a little end: the bringing custom to the his shop

think of compelling him to come in.
