I have not that we owe any such deference to former times.
I hear not that we owe any deference to former times
that we owe not to our own. I know not that we
owe them any such deference as to suppose a
reason for that what [for which] they did, when none is visible. Sure
I am that it is unnecessary to have recourse to any
such deference to justify the adherence to that this rule.
Whether it never had a reason, or whether having
once had a reason, that deference reason is now
ceased makes no difference with I respect to the
against that deference that is done in favour of the rules from a deference to former times reason we now have for adhering to it. This reason, which may be characterized expressed
