Civil Code
In a Contents may be considered
1. Validity or invalidity. 2. Modif Mode of performance
Such in regard to both the circumstance of time.
☞ This title will be to be referred to from that offence in the
Penal Code which is denominated generally Non-redditive
of services in so far as due: specifically Non-performance
of Contracts
Tit. Of Contracts
Art. 1. Exceptions excepted, all contracts are every contract is binding upon
the parties on both sides.
Reason. Benefit mutual.
In what cases and how far upon relatives see
below. Relatives who, and in what cases.
Art. 2. Exception is where by performance evil
would be produced to greater amount than by non-performance.
Art. 3. Such Parties affected by such greater evil may
be 1. A party or parties on either side. 2. The parties on both sides
in the aggregate or upon the balance. 3. Individual Their
respective relatives. 4. Individual strangers. 5. An aggregate A class of
persons formed by a local of political bond of connected
locals such as the inhabitants of the same district: political
such as the Members of the same official or other establishment.
5. The whole State Government taken in the aggregate. 6. The whole Community taken in the aggregate.
