§. Possession
If fictitious it depicts the two dispositions
of the Judge to give effect to the
right: which must be presumed from the state of the law.
Art. Of the word possession Of possession: the idea the import — the idea designated
will depend upon the nature of the subject matter of possession
according as it belongs to the class of real, as to that of fictitious
entities; and where it as to the class of real entities that is the class to which
it belongs, whether it be to the subclass of immoveable, or to that
of moveables
1 Subject matter a real entity — subject matter a fictitious entity
2 Subject matter if a real entity, immoveable or moveable
3. If immoveable, solid lan natural (land &c) or fictitious — edifice
4. If factitious, solid or hollow = a receptacle
