Civil Code
☞ Disappointment prevention principle. – Apply it to the
several efficient causes of title, viz. to the matter of wealth,
or any other portion of the matter of property, as per
Dumont – and to the correspondent efficient causes of
cessation of title – Operations and other events collative
and not relation to the right and faculty
of putting the thing in question to its use.
Note that Consent is evident of preponderant benefit to the consenter: consent to part with a thing right evidence of benefit
accruing to the consenter to such amount as to interest the
whatsoever burthen is attached to the cessation of the title.
