Law AmendmentPropositions
To the Code belongs General Code as distinguished from
the aggregate of Particular Codes belongs this distinction between
the Penal branch and the Civil. In the matter of a Particular Code they
will it will be most convenient not to make any such
separation: there will no need of it: in so far as any
portion of matter is visible in it which is no does not wear the upon
the face of it does not wear the character of imperation
it will be matter the exposition of which will be formed in
the expositive matter of which the Civil branch of the General
Code is composed, such as contracts, conveyances, events
collative and ablative, as above. Thus the several situations
belonging to the whole Official Establishment will form the matter
of so many Particular Codes. By acceptance of the situation,
each functionary enters into a voluntary agreement binding him
to the performance of the duti functions belonging to it: it may be
must be conferred on him or say he must be collated to it – located in it: it may be taken from him, or
say ablated from him, – or say be dislocated out of it.
