Collative events or say efficient causes of right and title.
Of these mention is made with rel reference to things real
as well moveable or immoveable but not to persons or services
of person considered as subject matter of property, nor to
power, condition in life or other things incorporeal.

the effect of collative
events is given
Nor of the several sorts of events to which on this
occasion or elsewhere in this Code the effect is given of collative
events or may with reference to the several sorts of subject
matters is any enumeration given or made.

Of Nor, of any events in the character of ablative
events with reference to the subject matters therein mentioned,
or any other subject matters, is any mention made.

Collative events & whatever
is said of ablative arranged
under the head of "Modes
of acquiring property"
With this head a table Modes of acquiring property
(Maniere dont en acquiert la propriété) under this head
are arranged the matters belonging to the head of collative
events as above and whatever is said of ablative events.
Regar and with this title or head closes the Civil Code closes.

Between acts of transfer and acts of obligatory agreement
no clear line of distinction appears to have drawn itself in the legislator's
mind: they occurr pro: and with them ablative
events on the occasion of collative events ablative events bearing
relation to the several subject matters with relation to which abla collative
events are brought to view: and under the comparatively vaster expression
mode of acquiring no distinction is marked out between the principal and original collative
event simple or complex, and the several derivative and
succeeding incidents.
