Law Amendment or Penal Code or Civil

The division containing the system of Particular Codes will coincide with the
title Conditions in life in the Civil Code. So many conditions
in life as are taken for the subjects of Legislation, so many
are the several separate Particular Codes for the demand for
which is respectively presented by them.

If in this or that Particular Code there be any
this or that instance of a punishment appointed other than
the few and subsidiary imprisonment or other subsidiary punish
applicable in case of insolvency, in so far will there
be a demand for cross-references between the General
Penal Code and this same Particular Code.
