In the establishment rendering of the conjunct is comprised an
original right conferring service abovementioned, exercise and exemplification were given to the two sub-branches
of law the non-penal or say civil and the penal or say criminal, of the substantive
branch of the law: in the locating of the person in question in
the situation of Judge with his subordinate as above, to the Constitutional
branch: in appointing the course to be taken by the
Judge for the purpose of ascertaining whether the Coat claimed by you
at any charge belonged of right to you, or else to me or some
one else, to the adjective branch of law appended to those two
conjunct branches, to the adjective branch it being and with relation
to the substantive branch so composed: – to the adjective branch
of law, or say to the law of judicial procedure, or for shortness
say in one word procedure.

Now as to the relation and distinction between the relation of
identity and diversity, as between the non-penal or say civil branch thus exemplified
as above, and the penal or say criminal.
