Blackstone

By the obligation so constructed and composed on the one part as above, coupled
withe the absence of, an exemption from the like obligation on
the part of the other an empo constituent at the given time
the pain of necessity afforded rights: of which the original
effective original right possessed by Vestilus in relation to the Coat
is composed: by the obligation constituted by the prohibition addressed
to Cupidus; (its coupled with is constituted one of these rights: to the absence of prohibition in
relative addressed to Vestilus in relation to that same
as constituted the other of those same rights.

Thus much as to the original reason rendered to,
benefit conferred in, Vestilus by the Legislator, by the creation
and , as above, of such his compound right.

By the mandate addressed to as above to the Judge
the Legislator conferred at the same turn on Vestilus the
correspondent right to the eventually necessary appropriate
service at the hands of the Judge.

Under the greatest happiness principle no burthen,
no obligation can be justifiable but & in the supposition of a
congenial and more than equivalent benefit. Every act
by which in that otherwise there is the expectation of such
preponderant benefit in obligation is composed, is an act
of mis-rule.

That, in the case of the coat

Suppose that the prohibition by which Cupidus was
inhibited from meddling with the Coat has been unaccompanied
with the permission given as above, to Vestilus to continue
in the use of it – in other words suppose that his in
this same prohibition Vestilus had been included, – there
would have been burthen without benefit: this all use of the Coat Garment
would have been taken away: and in both break the pain of correspondent
privation would have had place.
