Blackstone
To give effect to the original service rendered to Vestilus
by the introduction of the use of the coat to Cupidus coupled with the
exemption for that introduction granted to him Vestilus, we have
seen it necessary that a correspondent service should be rendered to
him, by the addresses of a an eventual mandate to the Judge requiring him
in case of need to beat Cupidus in the event of his meddling
with the Coat as above. To provide effectually for the rendering
by Donatus Junior the double service consisting in the himself
for the use of the Coat coupled with the eventually permitting Donatus Junior
to make use of, a correspondent Judge compelling service will eventually
require rendered to Donatus Junior by the Judge, consisting
in the compelling him at proper time appealed to
deliver over the Coat to Donatus Junior.
