Blackstone

Wrongs being In the hands In Blackstone the word wrongs is the main
instrument of classification. It stands at the head of
one of the four masses of literary matter forms parts-and-parcels
of which the whole matter of his work is composed.
These are 1. Right of persons. 2. Right of
things. 3. Private wrong or (say) civil injuries.
4. Public Wrongs or (say) Civil Crimes and Misdemeanors.

By this method of his clear conception not being capable
of being conveyed afforded given, hence the necessity of another, by

which such conception may be afforded, and by reference to
