☞ Before this insert some further comments on Art. 9: as
of the right of not being killed otherwise than according to law were altogether

According to the definition exposition given as above by
above, by Law as it ought be, Jurisprudence as it is understood to be, of the words appellation right of
personal liberty – meaning always as above bythe word right legal right
not purely moral right or physical power, this right of
