Of Burthens efficient causes. Burthen may be, Instructed Physical agency,
2. human agency. In case of Where from human agency, they
may be 1. from individual agency, 2. from government
agency. Where from individual agency they
may be 1. without wrong – as in the case of lawful competition,
2. with and by wrong – in which they coincide
with or are denominated wrongs. Where
from Government agency it is either 1. without design
as for the purpose of producing some benefit, or 2. with
and by design, for the purpose either of 1. satisfaction
or 2. punishment.
