Of Consequences

§. 1.
Expositive

Art. 1. By a Consequence, understand an
act or instrument by which a transmission is intended
to be made of any legal interest in any subject
matter of property or possession from the hand of one
person to that of another: in the intention that such
transmission shall in case of contestation eventually be made effectually by force
of law.

Exceptions excepted, every conveyance made
of any every person who has in whom is the possession of any legal
interest in the subject matter in question has a right is entitled to
make transmission of it to every other possession.

Under transmission is included -transmission.
