Axioms of mental

Felicia Be pleased Madam, to explain to the company
what is meant by an axiom of an
Astrea. Most readily. By axiom a word derived
from the Greek — is meant a rule, the propriety of
which is regarded as being in itself manifest — manifest
without proof from other quarters — and moreover from which
moreover consequences of considerable relative importance
may be deduced: relation had to the subject whatever it
may be.

Pathology
Derivation & meaning
of the term
Pathology — also derived from a Greek word — is a
term borrowed from the art and science of medicine.
On that occasion it is employed chiefly if not exclusively
to describe the knowledge of what belongs such sensations,
agreable and disagreable pleasurable and painful taken together, of which the boil
is in part and in the first instance the seat.

With the addition of the adjunct — the epithet mental
in our jurisprudence we extend the application
of it so as to describe these sensations of which the mind
whether they do or do have or have not place in the body
are the seat.
