In bringing to your view the rights and the obligations
which in pursuit of these same ends require to be, and to a
certain degree every where are created, I shall of necessity
have to bring to you in a manner more or less particular
the wrongs by which these same rights and obligations
are capable of being and accordingly to but to a but
too large extent are every where infringed, and the
remedies of which they are respectively susceptible
All this is as yet but as it was trifling in the use
the belonging attendant to the word remaining wrapt in cloud.
But as we proceed to particulars, and exemplification is
given by bring to you via individual cases, the
cloud will disperse, and the light in which
the several matters of consideration present themselves will
it is hoped be clear and more or less satisfactory to all minds

of rights and obligations.
