Right confusion from
denying to Government
the right to do so & so

Now as to this same punishment of
death, I who thus been passing condemnation
on the practice of making denying the right
of the government to employ this punishment,
join in my the condemnation of that practice.
But why? for what reasons? I have my reasons ready.
They are deduced explicitly from the greatest happiness
principle. They are as follows.
