Pannomion what

Art. 1. By the Pannomion, understand a discourse
presenting to view or say in and by which giving expression is given to the
entire mass of the rule of action, in so far as it is
by the superior authority in the State in question
that observance thereof is called for at the hands
of all or any persons considered as being to this effect subjects
of that same state.

Pannomion the word
law used.

The In place of the word Pannomion will for the most
part be henceforward employed as being old established and
shorter the word Law. Those then content it will be seen whether by it be made to be
understood the Pannomion
in its entire
or no more than this or that part thereof

Art. 2. Subject matter and uses of the information
conveyed by it, subject matter and uses these.

Information of as to the benefits intended and endeavoured
to be conferred by it: to the end that the enjoyment
derivable from those same benefits may be maximized.

Information as to the burthens intended and endeavoured
to be imposed by it: to the end that the net
amount of such the aggregate of such those same burthens may be
minimized: minimized — namely by means of the care
taken by each individual to avoid subjecting himself
to a heavier mass of burthen in the hop by endeavour used
by him to exempt himself from burthens less heavy of less weight
to himself and others.

Information as to the motives or say entreatments
by the prospect of which the eventual experience of which

employed by the constituted employed in the endeavour
to induce each such individual to contribute he not
such his care as above so to be taken by him as just
mentioned.
