Codes Civil and Penal
Inventership &c

( ) [Inventership] By Taking a species of things immovable or moveable
for the subject matter of inventership innovation, fabricatership fabrication, or vendorship
a man invests himself with takes upon him a correspondent species of condition
in life, and gives himself if so be that the occupation
in question has by any part of the Pannomium been taken for the
subject matter of regulation here is use this case in and by
the aggregate of those same regulations is is framed and
enacted a correspondent Particular Code

Here may be such one bond of connection, and source
of mutual reciprocal reference, between these two parts divisions of the Pannomium
namely the General Civil Code and the aggregate of Particular
Codes.

But, one condition in life there is which can not be termed so: and
this is that of the Traveller: meaning of every person considered
as in the act of migrating from place to place

Forbidden occupations constitute may moreover so may
be considered as constitutive so many conditions in life
This then also is taken for the subject matter of regulation. But whereas
in relation to relative condition in life rights and obligations have place no
