Relation of this Code namely the Civil Code, of the
Penal Code, and of the Procedure Code to Universal Jurisprudence.
To the art and science of Universal Jurisprudence may be considered
as belonging the Expository matter of all these Codes

of Legislation To the branch of art and science may be considered
as belonging the Ratiocinative matter of all these Codes

Conducive and subservient and conducive by the purpose of
