Connection between
Codes Civil and Penal

The same Subject matters which are so with reference to the
matters of the Penal Code will be so, with reference to the Const.
Code as also to a considerable extent with reference to the
Constitutional Code, and the Procedure Code

Cross reference, will accordingly have need of being
made for each one of these several Codes to every other

In proportion as those several portions of the Pannomium
make progress, the Index a copious Index of words and locations will require to be done
and the reciprocally , the same Index will require
to be attached to each.

Civil Codes Notes

Elements of the Elementary component parts of modification
of the matter of prosperity are as such so many objects
of general desire: and, in such the matter of the business of the two
branches of the Pannomium, the Penal Code and the Civil Code and
the Penal Code, is at all times to secure to the person to
which they respectively belong the undisturbed possession of them: the
faculty of occupation of in relation to them respectively; by that is to say putting them to their
several and respective uses, and deriving from eliciting from them the service to
which the the rendering of which they are fitted by their respective natures.
