Art 56 When mention of an incarceration Mandate
by the Dispatch Court Judge any person having been consequent
to any person h remaining therein incarcerated, should any Writ
of Habeas stiled a Writ of Habeas Corpus or say a Body
restitution Mandate
be issued by any now existing Judicatory having
powers so to do requiring the exhibition of the body of such incarcerated
person to be thereto exhibited, obedience thereof is hereby
required and communicated.
