These distinctions of
different cases of possession
are immaterial — their
origin in feudal times
Altogether immaterial in themselves are the distinctions
between the several case designated respectively by the appellations
of possession — ac right apparent right of possession, actual right of
possession and right of property: but of the state of thought
in the widely distant time called feudal times, sprang the
positions for making these distinctions.
Labour secure to comprehend

Secure would be the labour of endeavouring to comprehend
them: precarious the success of the attempt.
Right or no right only
proper question
Have you I a right, or have you I not? that is a proper
question: that the only one.
Without consent of certain
person can you derive
benefit from the

Without or against the consent of a certain person or
