This will for defeasible i.e. secure by affording propitiating power
as well as for indefeasible, authorizing sale or gift

Possession against
all men but one
or more

Note a man may be in possession of the thing
in question as against all but men but one, two or
other greater number, i.e. the judicial service may be
rendered as against all but the individuals so excepted.
