An obligation transaction may be either 1. simple
2. complex

If simple A contains
a conveyance alone
or an obligatory
agreement

If to be simple it consists either of a conveyance alone
or an obligatory agreement alone: both when either in the singular
namely or in the plural, that is either unipartite or say
unilateral, or pluripartite or say plurilateral: bipartite or say bilateral included.

If complex it consists of a conveyance or
conveyances and an obligatory agreement or agreements
in a state of mixture: i.e. as united in one and the same
transaction.
