VI Co-Offenders
On the part of other a person responsible either
for the acts or condition of a thing belonging to him, or for
the [acts] positive or negative of a person to whom be in this respect he
bears the relation of Guardian or b other Trustee.
Exception excepted — To the purpose of obligation to render satisfaction he is a Co-offender
with relation to the maleficent acts in question: not
so to the purpose of obligation to suffer punishment:
Exception is where, desirous that the evil in question
should be produced, he for that purpose forbears to apply
his endeavours to the prevention of it.
Call the delinquency in this case: Co-delinquency or as in Rome bred Law Quasi-delinquency
by non prevention — or in the way of vicarious responsibility.
