Use of property
three modes
1 by employing
2 by selling or paying
it
3 by letting it for
hire
Whatever be the subject matter of property in question,
if he makes any use of it it will be in one or other of
three ways: 1. employing it, 2 selling or pay it. 3. letting
it out gratis for hire or gratis
In as The immoveable subject matters of property
are those in which these distinctions are at the
same the most important, in this word subjective
most descriptive: but neither are moveable subject
matters of property incapable of this
Examples are
1. A Horse or other beast of burthen
2. A book: or a of the aggregate contents of a library
