Now, As to as to myself who am the supposed wrongdoer, myself as above. The service, which
by law is the service in question I stood bound to render you, and which, I as above, I omitted
to render you, was the abstaining from meddling with
this garment of yours. It is by the omission on my part
to render to you this service, which by the original right-conferring service the law maker had commenc laid me under the obligation at all times to render it was by this in consequence of this breach of my aforesaid obligation that you find
yourself under the necessity of either foregoing and losing your
right to this same garment, or else making application
to the Judge for the purpose of his rendering to me the above-mentioned that service his judicial service, to the
effect of causing me to
give back the coat I
had taken from you.
The second service
when rendered to you
by me call it the
adjudged or effective
so right conferring
or right-establishing
service.
judicial this last mentioned right conferring service. Call This last service may be called
the post-judicial or say the effective right conferring service.

Moreover, forasmuch as, by so doing, the Judge has thus afforded
satisfaction to you, in compliance with the application, or say
the demand, made to him by me as above, for the purpose of your obtaining an at
possession of this garment of yours, the sort of service thus rendered by my charge this same effective service,
which I have been compelled to render to you, and which by
the rendering of his last mentioned judicial service he has
thus compelled me to render to you
may be stiled the
satisfactional right-conferring or satisfaction giving service. In the present instance,
the restitutional right conferring service: for though as will be
seen below, restitution is but one of several modes of making satisfaction
on account of wrong: to compleat it, render it
compleat, additional services would require to be rendered to you:
justic by the Judge, judicial services; by me, effective or say
