Blackstone
Judiciary Establishment best adapted to the purpose of
giving execution and effect to enactments made for in
subserviency to security for each man person and for such of the
objects of desir general desire, as it may viz. property power
as it may fall in his way to be in possession of – under the several names
of property, power reputation and desirable condition in life.
Heads under which the enactments adapted to
by which suitable to the purpose of giving institution and continuance of to this branch of
the Official Establishment may be brought to view are
following.
By a brief statement of the such arrangements under
those several heads as pr have presented themselves as
in the highest degree conducive most suitable to the above general purpose, a standard
of reference will may be established, by reference to which such
arrangements as actually have place under our law may
be explained, and a judgment some judgment at the same time formed of their conduciveness
to that same end.
