II Of Judicatories — one
sort. One way of getting
at the truth.

II. Judicatories — their sorts. Under Law as it ought to be, exceptions
excepted, one sort only: Yes: if then whatever be the Truth
of the case, for two different sorts of cases there were so many two different ways of coming at the truth, all different
from each other, and each requiring a different sort of
person hands, each with a different sort of education, to the qualify these
the Exception through so many different adyts, to dig her net if he will No: if there be one way, if
which is the best for all cases.

Courts

Judicatories say in every case: Courts, in name. Give to
Judicatories the name of Courts? As willingly lief would Law as
it ought to be call Nunneries and Brothels and Nunneries
by the same name. A Court Courts is the chief head seat of favour.
What has a Court, what has favour, to do with justice
Nugment ne in una sede morante "In the same seat, —no
"never are they found" with at least as much truth may then
be said of Justice and favour, as by the Poet it is has this been said of
Liberty and Love.
