(3 Remedies
No remedy no right
Remedies denied by Common Law
Law as she is but known Dame Reason in her most
impaired state, and disguised with the name.
Never Such is her brevity such her
does she give to right but that alas with it she gives
a remedy: a remedy for every thing by which that right
is capable of being violated.
Here as here Law as she pretends to be. Understand
always Common Law: for Equity is but a stranger
come upon to her in a visit of like guises
Now then see upon what party a part of fault stands
those alledged incorrectly of right and
remedy
1. Trust. remedy for the violation of it. now. now in all
England like the want of Equity and place.
2. Restitution. the machinery for making restitution
if any as they in the whole country in case
of its being wrongfully taken away.
3. Contract — Agreement — if compelling performance of
any in contract of this kind.
