Pannomion Civil Code
The same principle of distribution
which, in the first instance, had served for wrongs
converted by the stigmatizing hand of the Legislature
into offences, may serve for – may with advantage be
applied to, rights.
In the case of offences, we have, in
the first place, the distinction between offences collectively
considered and offences severally considered.
In like manner may we say rights collectively considered,
rights severally considered.
Of the result of the first subsection
performed on rights, viz. the section of rights collectively
considered, further on.
Now as to rights severally considered.
These will be found capable of being made to match
exactly with those of offences severally considered,
with one difference, consisting in the substitution
of some such word as respecting or belonging to to
the word affected, applied to offences.
As for example –
To Chapter class the first, private offences, may
correspond class the first private rights.
Under class the first to Chapter the first offences
affecting the person, may correspond Ch. 1.
Rights respecting the person.
To Chap. 2d. Offences affecting reputation, rights
respecting reputation.
To Chap. 3. Offences affecting person and reputation,
rights respecting person and reputation.
