To Chap. 4. Offences affecting title to property,
tangible or intangible, or say corporeal or incorporeal,
rights respecting or belonging to property

Chap. 5. To offences respecting onerous
obligation, rights respecting onerous obligation.
Chap. 6. To offences affecting use of
property but not title otherwise than in so far as
confirmed by possession, quere – whether any distinct
title will be found requisite in the case of rights.
Chap. 7. So likewise under the head
of offences affecting person and property, not otherwise
and in so far as conferred by possession.
Chap. 8. To offences affecting title to
power considered as a benefit, rights respecting
title to power considered as a benefit.
Chap. 9. Offences affecting power, but
not title thereto. Here occurs the same quere
as before – Quere whether any distinct title will
be found requisite in the case of rights.
Chap. 10. To offences affecting title to
condition in life considered as beneficial, rights
affecting title to condition in life considered as
beneficial.
Chap. 11. To offences affecting the enjoyment
from a condition in life, considered as
beneficial, rights respecting a condition in life, considered
as beneficial.
