Cases in which the source of maleficence is a thing
immovable namely Example 1. Land in respect of malaria, or
danger of exposition by means to subterranean moves
2. Land by reason of Buildings, by their mere existence
in the spot in which they are situated, buildings on one man's
ground obstructing the darkening another man's by
the interception of the Suns rays. 3. Buildings, by their
materials of which they are composed — thence danger of fire to Buildings
to the operation therein carried on. Sewers through the medium
of which the operation so carried on liable to be maleficent
as 1. Smell 2. hearing 3. sight. Ultimate Maleficent result
