In virtue of correspondency

on the one part and
wrongs and Offences
on the other reference
from Civil Code to
Penal Code general
and particular.
In virtue of the correspondency between right on the
one part and wrongs and offences maleficent acts, and
offences or s acts of maleficence delinquency or say
Offences on the other part, the several tables of Offences the
Penal Code, Part II Offences severally considered may
give titles to so many correspondent portions of matter
in the Civil Code: meaning that is to say the General Civil Code
reference therefrom being all along made to correspondent
Particular Codes in the several places in which wrong
is liable to be committed by means and on the occasion
of the operations performed or omitted to be performed in
the exercise carrying on given to of the several profit-seeking occupations.

By this means titles
of Civil Code little
different from those
of Penal.
By this means titles the same in number and
order, and little different in expression may serve for
the two Codes General Civil Code and General Penal
from both which reference will be made to the several
parcels of matters contained respectively in the several
correspondent Particular Codes
What remains will be for the matter of the
several sections of the General Civil Code will be the expected
titles next in subordination to those the general ones thus
determined. These will be as follows For these, see
