The four principles, thus brought to view
these four objects, being different in name
are of course more or less different in nature as in name
will as such appear harsh to disagree: in somuch
that a measure suggested by one may

present offer themselves as standing on the same level:
Abundance and Equality on inferior ground.
For without security, Equality may not has no duration outlive
the day: and without Subsistence there can
be no Abundance.

Thus it is with the objects themselves:
but with respect to the dispositions of law by directed
towards those objects which the attainment of those objects is endeavoured
at, the proportions in point of importance are widely
