In The Constitutional Code
II. Expository Part, or say Expository –
Chapter 4.

Ch. 4. Authorities(a) that field(a) of action in the State.

(a) [Authorities] In Chapter 1 may be seen the geographically or say the
(a) [Fields] namely in the same

and accordingly in this Code are comprehended – not only Judicial Offices, but
all other offices belonging to the Judicial department:
for example, that of Public Advocate, and that of Registrar.

(c.) [Operative] It is by this authority, that all official
operations, bearing in any direct way upon individuals
at large – upon the state of persons, or things, or both –
are performed.

(d.) [to locate] Conjugates are without difficulty may be – or, locator, location, located, locatee, locative locable: locability,
opposites negatives, dislocate, dislocator, dislocation, dislocated dislocatee, dislocative, dislocable, dislocability.
A Synonym are is to place which has or may be thought to have for its conjugates; placing, placement, placed, placeable:
for its negative corresponding opposites, to displace, displacement, displaced, displaceable.
But to place and it's conjugates, are words
that have no place in the Latin-sprung part of the language:
placing denotes the act, but not he result of the act:
placement has scarce as yet any place in the language:
so likewise placeable. These conjugates flow not
so easily from the English source, as do the others from the Latin.
In Chirugical language, dislocate with it's conjugates, presents
an appropriate apposite image.
