Constitut. Code.III Rationale
Ch. 5. Constitutive
§. [Universal dislocability, why]

In the breast of the King who is a gainer by every one, and
most of all by that war of rulers on subjects which is pregnant with
the largest mass of human misery – the King in the breast of the King
and in that of his faithful Minister one apprehension arises
of seeing themselves by means of the above-mentioned apprehension,
deprived of the war, with its instruments and endless
benefits. The Peer who to his peerage adds taxable and
actually taxed property in no small abundance, begins to waver.
To By the Minister, whether with or without in consequence of intimation purposely
given, the wavering is perceived: an understanding is come
to, the Honorable and Reverend who to that purpose had received
the Holy Ghost, receives the Bishoprick, the crisis
arrives, and the Peer with his six commences vote all of
them on the and royal and loyal side. Here then the
Bishoprick being the reward, the remuneration is consequential,
the Votes thus purchased by this reward, namely the expectation hope of it being first given
and the reward the Bishoprick being given afterwards and in consequence.

The Honorable and Reverend now improved into a My Lord
and Right Reverend and Lord does as all other Right Reverends
do, delivers his vote as per in a in conformity to the wishes
of his So most excellent Majesty at whose wishes which in almost
every case are as conclusively made known to him by the circumstantial
as they could be by the most direct evidence. Comes
now a fresh war: in which to say an additional petition another
foreign State included added to those with against whom war is carried on already.
In support of this his Most Excellent Majesty's presumed
and not groundlessly presumed this war is of course voted for by his Right
Reverend Lordship in whatsoever condition may happen in respect
of life and death his most noble father with his six puppets creatures
instruments
in the Lower House may happen to be at this time.
