Constitut. Code
Preliminary Explanation. Ruling principle of this the
Constitution proposed to be established by this proposed
Code.
The exposition of these principles is here divided into
three five parts or sections
1. In the first are exhibited brought to view the ends aimed at with
the leading means
2. In the second the Obstacles which opposed by the nature of man
oppose to the attainment of those ends.
3. The course taken in this Code for the surmounting of that
obstruction, and thereby for the attainment of those ends.
3. The course taken by those by whom the obstacles are opposed the Opponents for the concealment
to conceal disguise their existence their opposition to prevent
the opposition from being perceived.
4. The course taken in this Code for the removal or surmounting of those
same obstacles.
5. Demonstration afforded of its efficiency and undangerousness.
